What materials and techniques do you use to ensure durability?
I use high-quality clays, resins, and paints, along with armature wire for added strength. Each piece is carefully sealed with varnish to protect against minor wear and environmental factors.
How do I care for my piece?
Display your piece in a safe location where it can’t be easily knocked over. To clean, use a soft-haired paintbrush to gently dust the surface. Some pieces should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Yes, I accept custom orders depending on availability. Use the contact form to discuss your ideas, and I’ll provide a quote and timeframe if the project is feasible.
How long does it take to create and ship a piece?
For custom pieces, creation times vary based on complexity, typically taking 4-8 weeks. In-stock items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an estimated timeline during the ordering process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
I understand how exciting it is to receive handmade artwork and how heartbreaking damage can be for both the collector and myself. If your piece arrives damaged, please use the contact form to submit a message along with relevant images. While I can’t guarantee a resolution in every case, I’ll do my best to assist.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Due to the handmade nature of the artwork, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. Please contact me immediately if there’s an issue with your order.
